Examination Office / Student Office
Current topics
- From winter semester 2023/24, all faculties will have uniform registration deadlines for written examinations and, specifically for teaching degree programmes, for the registration of course assessments, assignments, etc:
- Winter semester: 15.11. - 30.11.
- Summer semester: 15.05. - 31.05.
- More details can be found on the right under "Examination schedules and examination registration".
- From the summer semester 2023, the special COVID-19 regulation for withdrawals after registration for an examination with a fixed place and time or a study-related examination has been repealed. The withdrawal regulations according to the SPO now apply again. As a result, absence from an examination is no longer considered a withdrawal. Either a sick note must be submitted or the withdrawal must be declared by the withdrawal deadline.

De-registrations
From now on, students who pass their final examination will be exmatriculated by default by the end of the semester in which the last final examination took place (e.g. last examination 28.06. - exmatriculation on 30.09.). Individual de-registration dates are of course always possible on request. Students on the Bachelor's degree programme in Applied Statistics should contact the UAS for more information; their respective de-registration rules apply.
